Strategic Planning Committee
The Strategic Planning Committee works to develop and implement the strategic plan for MassCUE. It plays a vital role in ensuring that the organization has a clear direction and stays on track to achieve its goals. The Committee identifies the organization’s mission, vision, and values; develops long-term goals and objectives and creates a strategic plan that outlines how we will achieve our goals. The Committee monitors the implementation of the strategic plan and makes adjustments as needed.
