She served as the Educational Technology Director for Millis Public Schools for 15 years, where she implemented the district’s first network, classroom computers, and a pioneering 1:1 iPad program for middle school students in 2011. For the past 12 years, she has been the Director of Digital Learning for Natick Public Schools, leading transformational initiatives in blended and online learning, project-based learning, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Her professional development programs have made a lasting impact across Massachusetts, equipping educators with the tools and knowledge to personalize learning and effectively integrate technology into their classrooms. A recognized expert and thought leader, Grace holds a Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL) credential and has presented widely on the intersection of pedagogy and technology.
Now, as she steps into retirement from public education, Grace is thrilled to begin her new chapter as Executive Director of MassCUE. She is deeply aligned with MassCUE’s mission to Educate, Connect, and Inspire educators and stakeholders across the Northeast.
“In this exciting new era shaped by artificial intelligence, MassCUE’s role is more vital than ever,” says Grace. “We have an opportunity—and a responsibility—to guide educators in harnessing AI tools to support teaching and learning, while collaboratively addressing the challenges and ethical implications they bring.”
In her first year as Executive Director, Grace’s goals include:
- Building a cohesive and visionary Board of Directors,
- Growing MassCUE’s membership and strategic partnerships, and
- Creating high-impact, innovative programs and events that support and inspire educators across Massachusetts and beyond.
Grace looks forward to working closely with the vibrant MassCUE community to lead innovation, foster collaboration, and shape the future of education.
