8’x10’ Exhibit Booth – $2,100
8’x10’ pipe and drape booth, skirted table, 2 chairs, trash barrel, standard electrical (5 amps), exhibitor dedicated wi-fi, 2 complimentary staff registrations. An Exhibitor Services Manual with additional information on ordering booth materials, electrical, shipping instructions, etc. will be sent with your confirmation.
Innovation Station – $2,400 (8 Opportunities)
New this year! Would you like more room to demo your new innovative products? This special interactive area will be located on the Northwest Red Level of the Stadium. You will be provided with one 6ft skirted table for both Wednesday and Thursday. This is a great opportunity to give attendees a personal experience with your product. Your company will be listed in this area on the Conference website and in the Conference mobile app. You will be provided with two complimentary staff registrations. Space is on a first-come, first-serve basis with a limit of eight companies.
Conference Suite/Breakout Package
$5,000 (small suite) $7,000 (medium suite) $10,000 (large suite) (10 Suites Available)
Reserve a dedicated conference suite for Wednesday and Thursday to hold workshops or meet with school leaders.
Pre-Conference Suite (Tuesday)
$2,500 (small) $3,500 (medium) $5,000 (large) (5 suites available)
Host a session or workshop on Tuesday to meet with school leaders prior to the conference.
Additional Staff Registrations
$100 per day
Each booth includes 2 complimentary staff registrations. Any additional staff (up to 2 per booth per day) are charged $100 per day. Specific instructions for registration will be sent to exhibitors from Delaney Meeting and Event.
