ONSITE DETAILS

The MassCUE Fall Technology Conference is just weeks away! The Conference Committee is thrilled you are presenting at our event! The Conference Committee, in an effort to make your day go as smoothly as possible, has provided some key information below about basic logistics for your presentation. We strongly recommend you arrive at your breakout session 20 minutes prior to the beginning of your workshop. If your session starts after the keynote or lunch you can go to the room as early as you want. Please check the location of your presentation prior to arrival at Gillette Stadium. All location assignments are in Crowd Compass. Go to the search tool, enter the title of your workshop, and you will find your session location.

Each breakout room has an output of some kind for your presentation. You will need to check the chart to see what kind of adapter you will need to attach your device. If you are listed with a room that says no tv that means you are in a room with a projector and screen. The projector will have a cord and adapter supplied for your presentation. Presenters must bring their own laptop. If you are using a Mac computer you will need a dongle. If you are using an iPad you will need to bring an output cable/adapter designed for use with an iPad.

Many of the breakout rooms have voice enhancement systems. There will be technicians from Lightspeed in the breakout session areas to assist you with the set-up if you need assistance. Larger suites will be equipped with Red Cat audio devices by Lightspeed in order to ensure that your presentation will be heard by those in the back of the room.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, at the front of every room will be a card with a phone number on it and an email.

The card info is: masscuehelp@gillettestadium.com 508-958-2620

Call the number provided or email, tell the person that answers what room you are in and provide basic information regarding your technical issue. We have employed staff from the stadium to assist presenters to alleviate technical problems. The person answering the phone will dispatch a technician to your room as quickly as possible.

Please post your presentation in Crowd Compass for attendees to access after the event.

Please allow time at the end of your presentation to:

  1. Mention that your presentation is available in the CrowdCompass mobile app under your presenter profile.
  2. Have attendees fill out the workshop evaluation in the CrowdCompass mobile app.

We recommend adding this image as your final slide.

Again, we thank you for assisting in making the MassCUE Fall Technology Conference the premier educational technology event in New England!
