Grace Magley
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Grace Magley, is a seasoned leader in educational technology with over 35 years of experience in IT, instructional technology, and digital learning. She brings a deep commitment to supporting educators through innovation and practical solutions that enhance teaching and learning.
Grace began her career in IT and technical training before transitioning into K–12 education. She served as the Educational Technology Director for Millis Public Schools for 15 years, where she implemented the district’s first network, classroom computers, and a pioneering 1:1 iPad program for middle school students in 2011. For the past 12 years, she has been the Director of Digital Learning for Natick Public Schools, leading transformational initiatives in blended and online learning, project-based learning, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Her professional development programs have made a lasting impact across Massachusetts, equipping educators with the tools and knowledge to personalize learning and effectively integrate technology into their classrooms. A recognized expert and thought leader, Grace holds a Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL) credential and has presented widely on the intersection of pedagogy and technology.
Now, as she steps into retirement from public education, Grace is thrilled to begin her new chapter as Executive Director of MassCUE. She is deeply aligned with MassCUE’s mission to Educate, Connect, and Inspire educators and stakeholders across the Northeast.
“In this exciting new era shaped by artificial intelligence, MassCUE’s role is more vital than ever,” says Grace. “We have an opportunity—and a responsibility—to guide educators in harnessing AI tools to support teaching and learning, while collaboratively addressing the challenges and ethical implications they bring.”
In her first year as Executive Director, Grace’s goals include:
- Building a cohesive and visionary Board of Directors,
- Growing MassCUE’s membership and strategic partnerships, and
- Creating high-impact, innovative programs and events that support and inspire educators across Massachusetts and beyond.
Grace looks forward to working closely with the vibrant MassCUE community to lead innovation, foster collaboration, and shape the future of education.

Andrea Calvin

Andrea Calvin is a dynamic leader, storyteller, and project manager who brings more than 18 years of experience in educational media, marketing, and program development to her role as Director of Operations and Strategy for MassCUE.
At MassCUE, Andrea leads initiatives that strengthen organizational efficiency, elevate communications, and expand statewide engagement. Alongside the Executive Director, she oversees strategic planning, marketing, and project management, ensuring that every campaign, partnership, and professional learning opportunity aligns with MassCUE’s mission to Educate, Connect, and Inspire.

Andrea Calvin
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & STRATEGY
Andrea Calvin is a dynamic leader, storyteller, and project manager who brings more than 18 years of experience in educational media, marketing, and program development to her role as Director of Operations and Strategy for MassCUE.
At MassCUE, Andrea leads initiatives that strengthen organizational efficiency, elevate communications, and expand statewide engagement. Alongside the Executive Director, she oversees strategic planning, marketing, and project management, ensuring that every campaign, partnership, and professional learning opportunity aligns with MassCUE’s mission to Educate, Connect, and Inspire.
Andrea is a passionate advocate for youth mentorship. She has designed and led internship programs that introduce students to media production and communications, creating hands-on opportunities for young professionals to grow their confidence and build their portfolios.
An experienced public speaker and facilitator, Andrea presents nationally on topics including STEAM education, creativity in learning, and the power of storytelling in the classroom. Her speaking engagements span national conferences such as the Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC), PAX East, the ED Games Expo, ISTE, and numerous university and nonprofit events.
Before joining MassCUE, Andrea served as Vice President of FableVision Learning and The Reynolds Center for Teaching, Learning, and Creativity, where she oversaw nationwide creativity programs and the product launch of FabMaker Studio. She also served as Associate Director for TLC Studios, managing grant-funded initiatives, creative collaborations, and community events.
Andrea began her career in community journalism, serving as an editor and designer for several Boston-area newspapers. That experience, grounded in storytelling and relationships, continues to shape her work today.
A strategic thinker with a storyteller’s heart, Andrea thrives on building systems, experiences, and opportunities that help people learn, grow, and shine.
Olivia Knoerzer
BOOKKEEPER
Olivia Knoerzer is the Senior Accountant and Bookkeeper for MassCUE. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and brings a strong background in financial management, with experience across corporate accounting, nonprofit organizations, and consulting. Olivia supports the organization’s financial operations by managing bookkeeping, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate, up-to-date records. Her work helps maintain transparency and keep MassCUE’s day-to-day operations running smoothly.
