2026 MassCUE Fall Conference: Attendee FAQ

Know Before You Go

Conference Mobile App

This year, we're using Swoogo to power the MassCUE Fall Conference. Our conference app is still being finalized and will not be available for this year's event. In the meantime, you can view the full conference schedule, session details, and plan your day by visiting this site.

We'll share updates if that changes as we get closer to the conference.

Registration

If you have any questions about registration, please reach out to us at info@masscue.org.

Maps

Maps of the venue will be available soon. Check back for updated 2026 maps of Gillette Stadium.

Parking and Registration

Plenty of free parking is available at the lots in front of the entrance marked E1 and E2. Just follow the signs for the MassCUE Fall Conference. The parking lots will be on the east side: Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6. Lot 5 is the "best" lot to park in as it is closest to the registration entrance.

Registration is at the E1 Entrance at Gillette Stadium and opens at 7 a.m. each day.

New this year: All attendees will pass through a security checkpoint upon entry, including a bag check. If you're bringing oversized items, please use the separate checkpoint designated for those items, as this may add extra time to your entry. Please plan ahead and be prepared to wait.

Have your cell phone ready to scan the QR code sent to you for registration. This will be used to print your conference badge.

We suggest you arrive early to miss the rush, visit the exhibitors, and enjoy coffee with light fare in Atrium East and West before the opening Keynote Speakers at 8:30 A.M. A wonderful buffet lunch will also be offered each day as part of your registration from noon to 1:30 P.M.

Exiting the venue: Elevators will take you to Field Level to exit to the parking lot. Please note escalators will turn (change direction) at 3:30 p.m.

Help During the Conference

Attendees can find help and answers to your questions at CUE CENTRAL (located at the top of the escalator on your right as you arrive on the conference floor) as well as ASK ME Stations and the Volunteer Check-In Station in the G-P Atrium.

Lost and Found

If you lose an item during the conference, or find an item that isn't yours, please bring it to or check with Cue Central, located at the top of the escalator on your right as you arrive on the conference floor.
