Lauren Harwood is the Director of Technology & Operations for the Dighton-Rehoboth Regional School District and a long-time educational technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in Massachusetts public education. Her work focuses on aligning technology, operations, communication, and instructional systems to support student success and organizational growth. Lauren is passionate about responsible innovation, cybersecurity, student data privacy, AI in education, and building collaborative systems that empower educators and strengthen school communities. Having served in leadership roles across public schools, vocational education, charter schools, and educational collaboratives, she brings a broad perspective and a relationship-centered leadership style. Lauren hopes to contribute strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a commitment to meaningful educator connection and professional growth through service on the MassCUE Board of Directors.
