Bernardo Feliciano is co-founder of the AITeach Co-design Lab at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he also serves as adjunct faculty in the School of Education. He recently completed his Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation in Education at UMass Lowell, with research focused on how schools integrate computer science, digital literacy, and emerging technologies into everyday teaching and learning.
His work centers on change management and collaborationโhow teachers, school leaders, and partners organize schedules, staffing, and curriculum so that computer science and digital literacy become a sustainable part of every studentโs experience. He brings more than two decades of experience as a middle school teacher, technology coordinator, non-profit professional, and professional learning designer, including multi-year CS professional development through the NSF-funded CS Pathways partnership, and serves on advisory boards for the Tsongas Industrial History Center and the UMass Lowell School of Education, as well as on the MassCUE Board of Directors.
