Kip Glazer, Ed.D. is the Principal at Mountain View High School, in Silicon Valley, at the epicenter of the AI revolution. A long time educator, she has worked in the intersection of practice and learning science research for over a decade.

She is the author of "Ready to Lead with AI: A Practical Guide for School Leaders" (ConnectEDD Publishing, 2026). She has been a practitioner advisor to several national organizations such as Common Sense Media and the EngageAI Institute. As an advocate for safe and ethical use of AI, she contributed to the writing of the "Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Teaching and Learning" in 2023.

A Google Certified Innovator and CSTA Equity Fellow, Kip brings more than two decades of school leadership experience to one of education's most urgent questions: how do we lead with AI without losing what makes us human?

She is excited to share her lived experience with her fellow educators at MassCUE.
