Data Visualization with Google Data Studio

Do you use Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze data, but are looking for something more interactive and visual? Data Studio is Google’s free data visualization tool which allows you to turn unwieldy spreadsheets into visual dashboards that bring your data to life. Whether it’s assessments, demographics, behavior, or attendance data, if it’s in a spreadsheet, you can visualize it with Google Data Studio! This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the potential for using Google Data Studio with education data and an opportunity to engage with Data Studio tools and features. Participants will learn basic Data Studio skills using a sample data set, but will have time to work on a project incorporating their own data as well.
