Differentiating Instruction with Effective Tech Integration (in collaboration with EDCO)

Students will learn some of the fundamental principles for integrating technology components to differentiate classroom instruction. During the in person portion of the workshop students will learn about and discuss several technology integration methodologies as well as get hands on with a couple of digital tools recommended by the instructor. Following the face-to-face workshop, students will then move online and apply what they learned by creating a digital product utilizing one of the tech tools discussed. 

Participants will spend additional time online after the face-to-face session creating a project.

Zachary Brackman 

Zachary Brackman is a Google and Microsoft Certified Educator currently working as the Instructional Technology Specialist for EDCO Collaborative. During the past 5 years, Zachary has worked with administrators, teachers, students, and other technology staff in both a group setting and one-to-one environment, supporting the purposeful use of technology in the classroom to enhance teaching and learning. He has collaborated and co-taught with teachers across disciplines to select the most effective technologies to support a lesson or unit. Over this time, Zachary has also supported teachers with adapting and modeling various instructional approaches by designing integrated lesson materials and assessments. Zachary believes that technology can be a powerful tool for enhancing classroom instruction and student engagement.
