"Providing Leadership for Assistive Technology"

What is assistive technology? Who uses it? What are my district's responsibilities for assistive technology? How can I lead in this area? Participants will explore basic definitions and examples of assistive technology, consider a model for providing assistive technology leadership, and engage in a self-assessment exercise that can be used to set reasonable goals for providing more effective leadership for assistive technology services.
