Wireless Internet Access
Wireless access is provided free in all conference session rooms. No login code or password is required.
Virtual Handouts
Virtual handouts are a value-added benefit for those attending your session. You can offer them as an alternative to paper handouts or as an extension of your presentation educators can take advantage of long after the conference is over. Most importantly, posting your materials on the conference site is a great way to promote your session ahead of time. Some presenters in the past have mistakenly thought they should withhold their materials from online posting because attendees would then download their files and go to another session instead. Nothing could be further from the truth. Well developed materials posted online actually increases attendance at your session!
Materials should be in one of the following formats:
More proprietary formats will not be accepted.
Hotlists of links should be embedded in a word processing document in .htm, .doc, .rtf or .txt format.
Feel free to include your image, contact information and links to your school or business in your materials for posting.
Please email any and all files you would like posted with your session description on the conference web site to masscue@masscue.org. Please use the subject line "Conference Materials for Posting" and include the names of the presenters and the full title for the session. Please send a separate email for each session you are presenting if you are presenting more than once.
Publishing On Your Presentation Topic
You have been selected to present at our conference in large part because of your high-interest topic. To help get the word out about your work, all presenters are invited to submit an article based on your conference topic for publication in on Cue. Submissions may include action research, interviews, opinion pieces and articles which contribute to a greater understanding of the integration of technology into all levels of education. Please see http://www.masscue.org/publications/submissions.htm for more information.
