Kenneth
Jones, Principal and owner of KJAssociates, is an Organizational
Psychologist and is nationally recognized in the field of Education
Reform. Most recently, Kenneth was the Senior Program Officer for
District and National High School Reform Grants with the Bill &
Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to this position, Kenneth was the
Organization Development Specialist for the Washington Education
Association.
Kenneth's
passion with school reform began as an elementary school math and
science teacher. After teaching public school, Kenneth was a member
of the Psychology faculty at The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor
for seven years. He later held the position of Corporate Vice President
and Director of Organization Development and Training with the Michigan
National Bank Corporation. During that time, Kenneth had adjunct
faculty responsibilities at three Michigan colleges/universities.
Kenneth
has over thirty years of experience in education, training, and
organization development. Areas of expertise include Group Dynamics,
Effective Communication, Strategic Planning, Future Search Conferencing,
“Whole Scale” Systems Change, Teambuilding, Running
Effective Meetings, Total Quality Management, and other Organization
Development and Training processes.

Jennifer
Corriero is a dynamic, young person who has developed and
implemented many programs and initiatives that engage students in
learning experiences that utilize technology in meaningful ways
around the world. She has been a consultant for numerous clients
including HP and Microsoft.
In
1999 Jennifer co-founded TakingITGlobal, a non-profit organization
that utilizes technology to foster cross-cultural understanding,
collaboration, and awareness of global issues among youth around
the world. The Web site currently receives over 1 million hits each
day and has grown to include over 30,000 members from over 200 countries
and territories.
Jennifer
has a BA (Liberal Studies) with a focus on Business, Communications,
Technology, and Culture and is currently pursing her Masters at
York University's Faculty of Environmental Studies. Her area of
concentration is ‘Youth Engagement and Capacity-Building Across
Cultures.’
Jennifer
has been recognized by the World Economic Forum as one of the Global
Leaders for Tomorrow in 2002 and has been featured in TIME Magazine
as one of the leaders for Canada's Next Generation.
